Simple Eye Care Tips for Healthy Vision

Our eyes are one of the most delicate and important parts of the body, yet we often forget to care for them properly. With long hours on screens, dust, and daily stress, our vision can become strained. Here are a few simple eye care tips you can add to your routine:

1. Follow the 20-20-20 Rule

If you spend a lot of time on computers or phones, take a break every 20 minutes. Look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds to relax your eyes.

2. Stay Hydrated

Dry eyes are often a result of dehydration. Drinking enough water keeps your eyes moist and comfortable.
